Artwork FAQ's

What File Types do you Accept?

We accept PDF, PNG, AI, EPS or JPG files. If your file is not acceptible we will notify you upon artwork review. You can download our artwork guidelines here.

How do I know if my file is high enough in resolution?

We recommend at least 300 dpi resolution in order to get the best quality print. However, often times lower resolution files will print if they are large enough in size. We will notify you of any issues with your file upon review.

Do I need to include a cut line in my file?

If you have a specific cut line in mind, we recommend you include that as a stroke in your file. However, if you do not include a cut line we will create one for you and you will see it on your proof.

Will I receive a proof of my sticker prior to production?

Yes, all orders come with a free digital proof for you to review. If you are not happy with your proof you can request changes and a new proof. We will not produce your order until a proof is approved.

Order Process FAQ's

How long will it take to produce my stickers?

Standard production time is 3 business days from proof approval. Your proof will be posted within 1 business day.

How will my order ship?

We ship using UPS. Your tracking number will be posted to your order upon shipment.

Can I contact your factory with questions?

Absolutely, you can contact us at 913-350-4700 with any questions. We answer phones between 8am and 5pm Central Time. You can also use our chat button on our site.
